Adjusting your standing desk to fit your height is easy and and can be done in a few seconds. Please see the guidelines below that explain the adjustments shown in the image.
Desk Height: The table-top should be at the same level or slightly below your elbows.
Distance to Screen: The distance between your face and your screen should be between 20 – 28 inches depending on your personal preference.
Angle of Monitor: For optimal viewing angle, the monitor should be tilted backwards at about a 20 degree angle.
