If you don't have time to read this entire post, then let us make it fast for you - most of the buyers preferred the Vanilla syrup from Torani because of its deliciousness in both coffee and hot chocolate. You can check out what customers are saying about this product here.
We all know it, that familiar itch you get when you want something sweet but can’t have any, either because you’re on a diet, because you’re low-carb, keto or for some other reason. We’ve all been there, and it doesn’t always end well (not saying that I ate an entire box of chocolate covered biscuits yesterday, but I’m not saying that I didn’t, either….) anyway, if you wanna prevent a complete sugar meltdown BEFORE it happens (and before that pack of biscuits is empty), making a delicious cup of coffee or chocolate, with a splash of sugar free syrup, is a good option.
In this review, we will highlight some of the best sugar free coffee syrups currently on the market. We will also cover the best sugar free vanilla syrup, as this seems to be the most popular flavor, as well as highlight some of the most popular flavors of torani sugar free syrups, since that seems to be the most popular brand.
Best Sugar Free Coffee Syrup
If you’re looking for the best sugar free coffee syrup, there are a few options to choose from, depending on what kind of coffee beverage you want to make.
Best Sugar Free Coffee Syrup
Best Sugar Free Coffee Syrup: Torani Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
First up we have the best sugar free chocolate syrup from Torani, perfect for making your own mochas.
The syrup comes in a 25.4 ounce bottle, and is sweetened with splenda.
This sugar free chocolate syrup tastes great and has a rich chocolate flavor, without any of that ‘fake’ chocolate flavor, that many sugar free chocolate products have. It’s great for making your own mochas; all you have to do is mix about 2 tablespoons of syrup with 16 ounces of milk, and use that as the creamer for your coffee.
It’s also great for making low-cal, non-fat sugar free hot chocolates. You can add as much or as little syrup as you see fit, depending on how chocolat-y you want your drink to be.
Best Sugar Free Salted Caramel Syrup
Best Sugar Free Salted Caramel Syrup: Jordan's Skinny Gourmet Syrups Sugar-Free Salted Caramel
Next up, we have this delicious sugar free salted caramel syrup, perfect for your morning caramel latte.
Do you love caramel lattes? I do too (well, I used to, at least.. At the moment I prefer mochas, which is why I put the sugar free chocolate syrup at the top of this list.. sorry)..
Anyway, this delicious salted caramel syrup is made by the brand Jordan’s (skinny gourmet syrups), and it comes in a 25.4 ounce bottle. It’s sweetened with Sucralose, which is the same as Splenda.
A lot of buyers preferred this sugar free caramel syrup to the others on the market, which is why it made it to the list. It tastes great in lattes and other caramel-y drinks - try making a caramel frappuccino at home, for instance.. YUM!!
The flavor of this salted caramel syrup is quite strong, so a little goes a long way - you can always add more, if you need. Because of the sweetness and overall well roundedness of the flavor, you don’t need any other sweeteners in your coffee, which makes it convenient as well as tasty.
Best sugar free coffee syrup, hazelnut
Best sugar free coffee syrup, hazelnut: DaVinci Gourmet Classic Sugar Free Syrup, Original Hazelnut
Ever had a hazelnut hot chocolate? YUM! If you haven’t I recommend that you buy this syrup, and try making your own! In all seriousness though, this hazelnut sugar free syrup tastes great. Not only does it work well for hot drinks such as hazelnut hot chocolates and hazel lattes, it’s also good for desserts like puddings and cakes.
A little bonus about this specific sugar free hazelnut syrup is that it’s free of artificial coloring.
Best sugar free vanilla syrup
Best sugar free vanilla syrup: Torani Sugar Free Syrup, Vanilla
Without a doubt, the most popular and best sugar free vanilla syrup is the vanilla syrup from Torani.
It comes in a 25.4 ounce bottle, and tastes great in ..everything..
If you add a pump to your creamer, and then use it for your coffee, you can emulate the flavor of a starbucks (or whatever other coffee brand) vanilla latte, but made to suit your taste - love vanilla but not really into strong coffee flavor? Add less coffee and more syrup. Do you want to make a vanilla hot chocolate, even though that isn’t really a thing? No problem, add a pump of vanilla syrup to your regular hot choc and you’re good to go!
A lot of the customers who bought this product mentioned how it tastes the same as in the coffee shops, but how it costs a fraction of the price, when purchased like this.
Supposedly, it’s also way cheaper than the vanilla syrups you can get in the grocery store, which really makes this the best sugar free vanilla syrup, both in terms of price and tase!
Best torani sugar free syrup
This is a tough one, as everybody have their own personal preference, but if we were to pick one syrup, as the best torani sugar free syrup, based on sheer popularity alone, it would have to be the vanilla syrup mentioned above. That being said, however, I’m going to mention a few of the other delicious flavors below, just in case you are looking to try something new and/or different, that isn’t vanilla syrup.
Best Torani sugar free syrup -Peppermint
Best Torani sugar free syrup -Peppermint:
Torani Sugar Free Peppermint Syrup
This is one of my personal favorites, as I love peppermint mochas. Simply add a few pumps of this to your mocha, and you’re ready to rock and roll!
This is also great if you want to make a keto coffee! Add some peppermint syrup, a bit of 100% cocoa powder and some heavy cream to your coffee, and you’ve got yourself a yummy peppermint mocha keto coffee!
Best Torani Sugar Free syrup - Variety Pack
Best Torani Sugar Free syrup - Variety Pack
Sorry if this is a bit of a cop-out, but I simply couldn’t choose!
All 4 of these flavors are among the best Torani sugar free syrups. Vanilla is the obvious favorite, but you simply can’t go wrong with hazelnut, caramel or chocolate either, which is why each of these flavors are represented in this variety pack.
So if you can’t choose, or if you simply love them all, then this 4 bottle pack is just the right thing for you!
The flavors in the pack can’t be switched out, so what you see if what you get. If there’s an additional flavor that you would like (hint: peppermint), then you’ll have to purchase that separately, unfortunately.
With all of these syrups, I recommend that you buy the accompanying pump, to make it easier to dose. Most of the time, the pumps come in pack of two (or more). Alternately you can also get a cocktail measuring cup if you order several bottles of syrup, and feel that getting that many pumps is overkill.
In terms of dosage, I generally recommend you to start small, and work your way up to the desired taste. Because these syrups are all sugar free, adding too much to your drink (or food) can end up giving it an artificial taste, which kind of ruins everything. So, start with half a pump, then add more as needed 🙂
